1 Definitions

Throughout these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings defined below. Understanding these definitions will help you navigate the rest of the document more clearly.

• "JL1113" / "we" / "us" / "the Platform"
  Refers to JL1113, the licensed online gaming and sports betting platform operating at jl1113.net, including all games, services, and features offered on the site.
• "Player" / "you" / "your"
  Any individual who registers or holds an account on the JL1113 platform or who accesses the platform in any capacity.
• "Account"
  The unique registered account created by a player on JL1113, which holds their personal details, wallet balance, and transaction history.
• "Wallet"
  The in-platform balance held under a player's JL1113 account, denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds"
  Any promotional credits, free bets, or matching deposits credited to a JL1113 account as part of a promotion, which are subject to separate wagering requirements.
• "Real Money Funds"
  PHP deposits made by the player from their own personal funds, distinct from any bonus funds credited by JL1113.
• "KYC"

2 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a JL1113 account, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register for or use the JL1113 platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JL1113 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or verbal.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

To register a JL1113 account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age (the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines)
• Be a resident of or physically located in the Philippines at the time of play
• Not be subject to any existing self-exclusion order or gaming ban
• Be registering in your own name and on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person

3.2 Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information when registering your JL1113 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, email address, and any other information requested during registration. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms.

3.3 One Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active JL1113 account. If JL1113 detects that a player holds more than one account — regardless of whether those accounts were created under different names, email addresses, or device profiles — all accounts may be suspended and any balances within them voided.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your JL1113 account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. JL1113 will not be held liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access to your account where that access results from your failure to secure your login details. Report any suspected unauthorised access to JL1113 support immediately.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

JL1113 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfers, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. JL1113 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

JL1113 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the player's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — accounts belonging to another person — are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawals

Players may withdraw real money funds from their JL1113 wallet at any time, subject to the completion of identity verification (KYC) requirements and any applicable bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible.

Standard GCash and Maya withdrawal processing time is within one hour from request submission during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals (BDO, BPI, UnionBank, and others) may take 1–3 banking days.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

JL1113 is required by Philippine gaming regulations to verify the identity of players before releasing withdrawals. This process may require you to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a PhilSys card, passport, driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and in some cases source-of-funds documentation. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by JL1113 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. These Terms provide the general framework — specific promotions will have individual terms that apply alongside these general conditions.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to a JL1113 account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds carry a standard 30x wagering requirement. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus must generate ₱30,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is met.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

JL1113 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets across accounts to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine risk, and using bonus funds in prohibited games or bet types. Where bonus abuse is identified, JL1113 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and close the account in question.

5.4 Refer a Friend Program

Referral bonuses credited through the JL1113 Refer a Friend program are subject to the specific terms of that promotion. Referrals must be genuine new players who have not previously held a JL1113 account. Self-referrals, referrals of household members sharing the same payment method, and fabricated referrals are all prohibited and will result in cancellation of the referral reward.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General

All bets and wagers placed on the JL1113 platform are subject to the game-specific rules applicable to that market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules. It is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with the rules of any game before you participate.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply across all JL1113 games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary. JL1113 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Bets placed outside of applicable limits will be rejected by the system.

6.3 Void Bets and Errors

JL1113 reserves the right to void any bet where a pricing error, system error, or data feed error results in manifestly incorrect odds or game outcomes. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the player's wallet. Bets accepted in error at obviously incorrect odds do not create any entitlement to winnings at those odds.

6.4 Sports Betting — Match Postponements and Cancellations

If a sporting event is postponed, cancelled, or otherwise fails to complete in a manner that allows official settlement, JL1113 will void all pre-match bets on that event and return stakes to the player's wallet. Live in-play bets already settled on completed portions of the game (such as completed quarters or halves) will stand as settled. Event-specific rules apply to specific sports and leagues.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the JL1113 platform. Engaging in any of them will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine gaming and law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform while under the age of 21
• Registering more than one JL1113 account
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods
• Attempting to launder funds through the JL1113 platform
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multi-player game
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies using JL1113 bonus funds
• Any attempt to manipulate game outcomes through external means
• Sharing or selling your JL1113 account to another person

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the JL1113 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of JL1113 or its licensed partners and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any JL1113 content without express written permission. Unauthorised use of JL1113 intellectual property may result in legal action.

9 Privacy and Data

JL1113 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering a JL1113 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

JL1113 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only as required by Philippine law, regulatory requirements, or with trusted service providers who assist in operating the platform, under contractual obligations of confidentiality.

10 Responsible Gaming

JL1113 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognise that for some players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all JL1113 account holders and can be activated directly from your account settings:

11 Limitation of Liability

JL1113's total liability to any individual player for any direct claims arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the total real money deposits made by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

JL1113 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, system updates, and technical issues beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability. JL1113 will make reasonable efforts to notify players of planned downtime in advance.

12 Account Closure and Termination

12.1 Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your JL1113 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@jl1113.net. Real money funds remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied and no withdrawal restrictions are active. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by JL1113

JL1113 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity is detected
• Regulatory or legal requirements necessitate account closure
• The player is found to be ineligible to hold a JL1113 account
• Account activity suggests money laundering or other criminal conduct

Where an account is closed by JL1113 for breach of these Terms, any balance within the account — including both real money and bonus funds — may be forfeited. JL1113 will cooperate with Philippine gaming authorities and law enforcement in any investigation arising from such closures.

13 Amendments to These Terms

JL1113 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — JL1113 will provide at least 7 days' prior notice via email and/or a platform notification before the amended Terms take effect.

Minor clarifications, formatting corrections, or updates required by regulatory changes may be implemented immediately without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent change was made. Your continued use of JL1113 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the JL1113 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

Before initiating any formal dispute, players are encouraged to contact JL1113 customer support to attempt informal resolution. JL1113 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. Where a dispute relates to a regulatory matter, it may be escalated to the relevant Philippine gaming authority.
